The Ending Forced Arbitration for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act

Passed by both houses of Congress with overwhelming bipartisan support, President Biden signed it into law in March, 2022, eradicating forced arbitration in cases of sexual misconduct. 

The Speak Out Act

Passed by both houses of Congress with overwhelming bipartisan support, President Biden signed it into law by in December, 2022. It bans pre-dispute non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements for sexual assault and harassment.
